But through the moving process, the glasses broke and somehow bits and pieces fell off the the box and i stepped on them while barefoot in our dining room. I had to go to urgent care because of the cut. The staff that helped us were, I think Russians. SPoke very little english, but very good at understanding clear instructions on what to pick up from our old place first. 3 man crew were very fast coming from 3rd floor, they were able to get everything out of our 1 bedroom apartment in less than 2 hours, and another 2 hours to the new place. I don't think they paid attention to the "Fragile" sign on the boxes, and even boxes that said "kitchen" or "bedroom" were not being read. THey just ask us where to put it and that was probably the result of that one box of broken glasses just being dropped in our kitchen. Thats probably just my only complaint. Other than that they were super fast, and non verbal. WHich I like anyway because they have to work fast. I applaud them for trying to fit a giant table into a bedroom. They had to break it down and put it back together. Unfortunately, they ding'ed the wall and floor and paint came off. But thats is not an issue for us. We are not gonna be petty like some people. We're just glad they were fast and got things done professionally. We'll use them again on our next move. Very efficient. These Russian guys who helped us looked like hunky male models. They wrapped my sofa with a blanket and plastic wrap to make sure it doesn't get scratched. They helped me to arrange my living room. They were very professional. Thank you again!
